Greening

Yoga Journal Conferences has partnered with the Green Yoga Association to minimize our environmental impact at each conference. Green Yoga Association, which engages in conscious environmental action grounded in the enduring yogic understanding of, and connection to, the Earth, will be on-site to help reduce our waste stream and provide added resources to our greening efforts.
We encourage you to learn more and support the Green Yoga Association.

Scholarships
Due to the donations of over 60 conference attendees, Yoga Journal Conferences is pleased to award 6 scholarships to yoga teachers who are teaching yoga in under-served populations through our Share Your Yoga program. We are grateful to these teachers who are sharing chair yoga with seniors; teaching at a center for the visually impaired; offering free yoga classes to minority communities through a community church; teaching yoga at a Free Clinic to uninsured; and, teaching yoga to special needs children with autism and Down's Syndrome.
