Each day we are exposed to toxins that affect our energy, health, and vitality. Many of our ailments and diseases such as fatigue, weight gain, high blood pressure, and depression can be attributed to a poor diet, environmental stressors, lack of exercise, and repressed emotions. We'll practice two sequences to encourage toxic release using the three internal components for cleansing: abdominal compression, decompression, and twists. Explore how to improve physical heath, increase vitality, decrease susceptibility to illness and disease, balance emotions, and develop practical tools for managing stress.
