After setting the intention, we'll practice chanting, meditation, and a Forrest Yoga intensive to guide you to go deeper in your practice. In the afternoon, we'll cover breathing and basic movement teaching techniques, cueing technique, and hands-on-assists.
Wednesday, April 7 | 8:00am-6:00pm
In the morning, we'll set our intention, followed by chanting, meditation, and a Forrest Yoga intensive. In the afternoon, we'll learn about a "seeing circle," working with injuries, and have a practicum for the opportunity to teach and get feedback.

In the afternoon, we'll discover yoga's potential to heal and transform through a breath-centric practice (Prana Sakti) that unlocks the inner power within our practice.
Wednesday, April 7 | 8:00am-6:00pm
The morning session explores Vijnana Darsana, reading the body, understanding what we are seeing, and developing appropriate adaptations in asana practice to produce specific effects. This will be achieved through demonstrations, group observation exercises, and personal practice. In the afternoon, we'll delve into Vinyasa Krama, the art of sequencing, learning the principles for creating a safe and effective sequences of asana for both personal and group practice.
Thursday, April 8 | 8:00am-6:00pm
The morning class explores the unique and ancient science of pranayama including breath threshold, directional flow, ratio and technique. We'll close the workshop with Dhynam, the art and science of meditation, learning the principles and practices of meditation developed and transmitted by the ancients for reducing psycho-emotional suffering and cultivating our higher human potential.
Gary Kraftsow began his study of yoga with T.K.V. Desikachar in 1974. Continuing Education for Teachers Immersion with Seane Corn Learn the fundamental principles of vinyasa flow yoga and how to teach it in a responsible, creative, and heart-centered way. This training explores the three realms of consciousness--physical/mental, energetic/emotional, and psychic/symbolic--and how to utilize these principles in your personal practice and the classroom. Applying these tools can help you to teach asana more clearly and intelligently, maintain an organized and well-paced vinyasa sequence, use spiritual themes to facilitate insight, and guide your students to reach into the heart through intention, reflection, and prayer. This training is designed for teachers who are open in the journey of yoga beyond the body.
Tuesday, April 6 | 8:00am-6:00pm Physical/Mental
On the first day, we'll focus on the principles of alignment, vinyasa pacing, proper sequencing, and adjustments.
Wednesday, April 7 | 8:00am-6:00pm Energetic/Emotional
On the second day, we'll explore the chakras (energy centers) and their role in soul investigation and body awareness. We'll also cover how to read bodies, theme a class, and speak from your authentic voice.
Thursday, April 8 | 8:00am-6:00pm Psychic/Symbolic
On the last day, we'll look at both the mystical journey and our roles as guides. We'll also explore renewing the Spirit, developing intuition, and holding a safe and sacred space effectively.
