A Compassionate Life Sue Jones
- Course ID: ATJONE
Thursday, April 8 — 9:00am - 4:30pm
Thursday All-Day Intensives
Mixed Levels
This workshop lays the groundwork for true compassionate living. We will explore the meaning of the word “compassion” and become aware of how we are connected with those around us. Through a mixture of asana practice, group discussion, and group exercises, we will gain a deeper understanding of how to apply compassion first to ourselves and then to others. With this deeper understanding of yourself, you will find freedom from your emotional chains and be set on the path to a compassionate, joyous, and loving life—both on and off the mat.
What to bring: A pen and a journal or something to write in.
