Chronic hyperarousal can compromise your physical health, emotional well-being, and creative potential. Fortunately, the neural pathways to relaxation and calm exist in each one of us. Using Integrative Yoga Therapeutics, you'll learn how to activate these pathways and catalyze the emergence of your extraordinary inner potential.

CE credits offered for psychologists and social workers.
Elemental Yoga is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Elemental Yoga maintains responsibility for this program (ATFORB) and its content. This program offers three CE hours for psychologists. This program is also approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Provider #886459124) for six continuing education contact hours.

This workshop lays the groundwork for true compassionate living. We will explore the meaning of the word “compassion” and become aware of how we are connected with those around us. Through a mixture of asana practice, group discussion, and group exercises, we will gain a deeper understanding of how to apply compassion first to ourselves and then to others. With this deeper understanding of yourself, you will find freedom from your emotional chains and be set on the path to a compassionate, joyous, and loving life—both on and off the mat.

A specialized mini teacher training for yoga teachers eager to gather critical information and cultivate skills for designing a healing class for breast cancer survivors. We'll look at different diagnoses, treatments, and long-term effects and how yoga can help. The day includes a typical OM Yoga women cancer survivor class, so that participants can experience poses and unique sequencing that offers specific benefit to people undergoing treatment for breast cancer, as well as modifications, use of props, and breathing that provides emotional and physical support.

What to bring: Bring a blanket and 2 blocks.
