Empowered Moms Instructor: Kelly Heath & Kinndli McCollum
The Empowered Mom immersion is one of self-discovery and celebration of the wonderful, weird, confusing, joyful journey into motherhood. The energy we put out as moms to nurture and hold it all together can be exhilarating and exhausting, to the point that we can lose connection to our center. This session will help mamas find the breath and intention necessary to keep balanced and strong amid the glorious chaos of modern motherhood. Together, we'll explore rebuilding the pelvic floor and building core strength, releasing the shoulders and upper back from mama-specific tensions, sculpting and reshaping mama areas of the body, finding consistent self-care and practice, and maintaining a healthy, focused power as caregiver and nurturer. By cultivating a calm mind, empowered body, and awakened spirit, you will find a new sense of presence, clarity, and energy.

Anatomy of Breathing
Anatomy of Breathing Instructor: Tias Little
Many people breathe in a way that's out of sync with the body's natural rhythm, which is called inverse breathing. By understanding the structure and function of respiration through yogic practices, people can change their respiratory rhythm. We'll detail the key structures involved in breathing--the diaphragm, the intercostal muscles, the ribs--and practice sequences that open the chest cavity. Through combining breath with movement, and through practicing more passive chest openers, we'll release the diaphragm. **This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 0.2 CECs.**

Gateway to Prana: Empowering the Neck/Shoulder Axis in Vinyasa | CE
Gateway to Prana: Empowering the Neck/Shoulder Axis in Vinyasa | CE Instructor: Bo Forbes
The neck/shoulder axis is a gateway to pranic regulation and emotional health. Freedom in this axis helps the front body and heart area to open. Limited mobility or stability can lead to "Closed Heart Syndrome" and pranic dysreglation. When this happens, the cervical spine and rotator cuff become vulnerable to injury, and the emotional body to anxiety and depression. In this class, we'll learn postural alignment cues and fascial techniques for to stabilize and release the neck/shoulder axis and regulate prana. We'll also explore asana adaptations for neck and shoulder injury prevention. These tools will help you increase pranic flow, regulate the nervous system, enhance emotional well-being, and facilitate self-expression.

Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for Athletes Instructor: Kiersten Mooney
Gain direct tools to train your student athletes to take them to their edge. Yoga is multidimensional and challenges the body in all planes of motion and integrates core strength and stability to provide a strong foundation. The practice of yoga increases the ability to be aware of where your body is in relation to time and space, which is your kinesthetic awareness and is an essential component for most competitive sports. Yoga brings in the elements of focus and intentionality for what we are actually doing with our bodies, which is also key for athletes to stay in their zone. Student athletes want to win and are willing to do most anything to gain the competitive edge; therefore, many are recognizing the potent fusion of muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, speed, agility, and body awareness that yoga has to contribute to their success. Implement key elements of yoga to make a powerful difference in your athlete's performance. Kirtan Concert with Snatam Kaur
Kirtan Concert with Snatam Kaur Instructor: Snatam Kaur
Join us for an unforgettable event--equal parts chantfest, musical group meditation, and yoga class in melody--that combines Punjabi Sikh musical tradition with a decidedly Western flavor. With Snatam on vocals and harmonium, the concert will be done in the call-and-response kirtan tradition, which builds an energetic momentum that palpably fills each concert space. Snatam often leads audiences in a round of pranayama (yogic breathing) or gets everyone on their feet for a stretching exercise that soon becomes a sacred dance. By the end of the night, you will be let in on a great cosmic secret: devotional music is fun!
