Push beyond your boundaries and explore the
world at the edge of gravity as you experience the
beautiful realm of "vertical yoga." We'll start with
a morning asana practice; then we'll relocate to
a nearby cliff for a day of rock climbing. As dusk
approaches, we'll finish with a short session of
introspective yoga and meditation outdoors.

experience is necessary, although you should be in good
general health. All equipment and a bag lunch will be provided. Be
