Business of Yoga
Creating a solid community is tantamount to a successful yoga studio.
A solid community is built on something more than intention--it's built on faith. Faith, as defined by the inspiring poet David Whyte, is the "intention and attention to the star that draws us." The elements of intention that we choose to activate, place our energy behind, and throw our hands into will resonate within and beyond our studio walls. Explore the very nature of your current yoga community needs, the natural niche you fill, and where your interests and gifts lie. The combination of inspiration, creativity, and clarity will inspire a dedicated network and a growing community that supports your endeavor for the long haul.
Lower Your Vibration
- Course ID: FEPAIG
Friday, September 27 — 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Friday Evening Classes
Reap the benefits of lowering the speed at which your mind spins, your world twirls, and your body catapults through the vinyasa of your day-to-day-come-what-mays. This generous progression leverages standing poses, smooth sequences, breathing practices, and a prolonged, rich, and restoring Savasana. We'll end in a floor sequence that cocreates body-breath resonant calm through your entire being. The sum total of this practice is geared to lower anxiety as it matches your vibration to the veins of rose quartz that make the Estes Park Rockies such a powerful influence on your yoga practice.

Standing on your hands in the center of the room won't make you a nicer person, suddenly confident in all your relationships, or a rocking yoga practitioner or teacher! However, it can be a powerful space to embody more clarity and confidence in your attention and embodied practice, as you learn to leverage the simple actions of pulling your feet into your torso and maintaining integrity in your arms and shoulders.
