Following Sally Kempton's opening keynote, join Saul David Raye, Kia Miller, and AKYANNA as we come together as one for a soulful evening of ecstatic chanting, prayer, meditation, dance, and heart wisdom teachings to create a sacred space for connection, celebration, and overflowing love.
AYKANNA is a stunning musical duo created by Sukhdev and Grammy-nominated percussionist Akahdahmah Jackson. Together they merge devotional chants with uplifting Soul music. Sukhdev’s Soul and Jazz upbringing and Akahdahmah’s West African percussive influences seasoned with Afro-Cuban, New York City funk blends into an infectious, inspiring sacred sound system.

The immune system is part of an intricate web whose filaments reach deep into the nervous system and emotional body. Stimulating the lymph boosts the immune system, activates parasympathetic channels, calms the brain, improves sleep, strengthens positive emotional pathways, and builds resistance to negative emotions. We'll use breathwork, mindful asana practice, postural alignment, and restorative poses that flush toxins from all components of the lymphatic web, enhancing physical and energetic life force and creating the blueprint for emotional well-being.

Elemental Yoga is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Elemental Yoga maintains responsibility for this program (ALFORB) and its content. This program offers three (3) CE hours for psychologists. Push beyond your boundaries and explore the world at the edge of gravity as you experience the beautiful realm of "vertical yoga." We'll start with a morning asana practice, then hike to a nearby cliff for a day of rock climbing. As dusk approaches, we'll finish with a short session of introspective yoga and meditation outdoors. No experience is necessary, although you should be in good general health. All equipment and a bag lunch will be provided. Be prepared for various weather conditions and wear good hiking shoes. All climbers must sign a release-of-liability waiver.

What better setting than the majestic Rockies to join two delicious activities: yoga and hiking. We'll start out with a morning meditation, pranayama, and asana practice sequenced to prepare us for the climbs and descents. Then, we'll trade bare feet on yoga mats for hiking boots on trails and set off to explore the spectacular scenery, sounds, and silence of Emerald Mountain. Mid-day we will stop along the way to enjoy lunch, rest, and savor the grandeur of our surroundings. A post-lunch yoga stretch prepares us for the return to the valley floor, where we complete the day with a restorative asana sequence to rejuvenate our backs, legs, and hips and glide to a blissful savasana. No experience is necessary, although you should be in good general health. Bag lunches will be provided.
What to bring: For yoga, bring a mat and a strap. For hiking, wear good hiking shoes/boots, bring water, and be prepared for various weather conditions.

One of the core definitions of vinyasa is as a wave, a rhythmic cycle. Within yoga, understanding these cycles is key to creating flow within one's body and life. We'll do a practice dedicated to rhythmic syncopation within the body to help you understand the healing power of rhythm. Based on Krishnamacharya's teaching, Ayurveda, and Tantra, we will learn methods developed within the class Prana Flow: Energetic Vinyasa to embody rhythmic vinyasa at all levels of practice as a technique of optimal flow to a way of life healing.
