Lodging, Travel, and Meal Information
The conference will be held at the Estes Park Center YMCA
of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO, located 70 miles northwest
of Denver and 40 miles from Boulder. Lodging at the YMCA of
the Rockies is limited. Be sure to make your accommodation
reservations early. We encourage participants to stay at the
YMCA in order to receive the full benefits of the conference.
They do not accept phone reservations, but you may call for
general information at 800-777-9622.

Off-Grounds & Cabin Registration Form
The YMCA offers a wide range of accommodations to suit
every budget. Prices range from $50.80 per person per night
for a shared room (5 to a room) up to $170 per person per
night (for a single room), including three vegetarian, cafeteria-style
meals per day. Meals begin with dinner the day of arrival
and end with lunch the day of departure. Single guest rooms
are limited. We encourage you to request a roommate on the
lodging request form.
The YMCA has a limited number of cabins available for the
week. Please call 970-586-3341, ext. 1010, for availability.
Meals are not included with cabin reservations.
If you are not staying on the grounds of the YMCA, there
is a conference and membership fee that must be paid in
advance. The fee is $10 per person per day to come onto the
YMCA grounds and attend the conference in the meeting facilities.
If you are staying off grounds or in cabins, you must fill out
the section on meals and grounds fees on the housing form
and return it to the YMCA with your payment.

Airport Shuttle Information
Estes Park is approximately two hours from Denver
International Airport (DEN). The Estes Park Shuttle can take
you from DEN directly to the YMCA. Call 970-586-5151, or

using group code "EP09" and receive a 10% discount!
Note: There are a limited number of shuttles per day between DEN and Estes Park—check the shuttle
times before you make your flight arrangements.

Scholarship Program
Our 2009 Scholarship program—Share Your Yoga—is for
yoga teachers with limited income who currently teach yoga
to underserved populations within their community. This
program will be funded through donations by attendees
and matched by Yoga Journal. For more information,

Work Exchange/Volunteer Program
Join our conference management team and
work behind the scenes. Work exchange volunteers
do not register for classes but can participate in
classes on a space-available basis when not
fulfilling their assigned duties. Work exchange
volunteers pay a nominal fee to participate.
