Yoga views the human system as composed of several dimensions, including the physical body,
breath, mind, personality, and emotions. These dimensions are interconnected and, therefore,
are interdependent. This holistic approach to the human system is the source of yoga's profound
healing potential. Delve into how yoga can provide healing, reduce symptoms, and enhance quality
of life—even when a cure is not possible.
The 3-Day Healing Through Yoga Intensive is for
practitioners (with at least 2 years experience) and teachers who wish to integrate
therapeutic benefits of yoga into their practice.
Please select two half-day workshops (one morning and one afternoon) or one all-day workshop for Monday and Tuesday. Select one morning workshop for Wednesday. Everyone will participate in the Wednesday Afternoon General Session with T.K.V. Desikachar.
