apt Marla Apt teaches Iyengar Yoga and teacher trainings in Los Angeles and abroad, and studies regularly with the Iyengars in India. She has been involved with research on yoga for depression and anxiety and recently helped introduce yoga therapy into the UCLA Medical School curriculum.
