There are no prescriptions in yoga, and this can be effective with chronic conditions as well as lifethreatening ones. Through discussion and practice, we'll discover the basic concepts of yoga therapy, including how to customize your approach, empower the individual, and apply the holistic concept called the pancamaya model, which is at the foundation of yoga therapeutics.
