HIV/AIDS crisis, along with
the Cambodian Children's
Fund. She trains leaders
of activism through her
cofounded organization Off
the Mat, Into the World.

Come examine the whole picture of one of the most beloved yoga practices in the world today: vinyasa flow yoga, movement linked with breath. In this invigorating workshop, you'll move through four vigorous and challenging vinyasa classes meant to strengthen, tone, and stimulate the various systems of our bodies. Discussion and asana.

A unique and challenging class that focuses on cleansing the vital organs through a special vinyasa sequence that utilizes three internal components- compression, decompression, and twists-to stimulate the purification process within the body. Includes Sun Salutations A and B, a detox standing-pose sequence, breathing exercises, and meditation. Mostly asana.

Through a beautiful and soft vinyasa flow sequence focusing on backbends, forward folds, and hip openers, we'll address the issues of the fourth chakra and how they play into our realm of loving and forgiving. A physically invigorating and moderately paced vinyasa flow yoga class will initiate strength, flexibility, and stability in your practice. We'll practice a creative and challenging sequence of Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, backbends, and forward bends with grace, agility and ease, while inspiring our inner power and purpose.
