lasater Judith Hanson Lasater is president of the California Yoga Teachers Association and cofounder of Yoga Journal. A yoga teacher since 1971 and a practicing physical therapist, she holds a PhD in East-West psychology and is the author of Living Your Yoga: Finding the Spiritual in Everyday Life.
