adidas Yoga - ra'yoKa Level Yellow
Instructor: Rainbeau Mars
Sunday, September 27
10:00am - 12:00pm: Main Conference: Session 7
Code: M7MARS
mixed levels

adidas Yoga is based on ra'yoKa and developed by Rainbeau Mars. This fitness system is organized into seven levels based on chakras or disks of our bodies. Level Yellow begins in the center of our bodies, at the solar plexus and core. This level is designed to intelligently open and lengthen the sides, back, and front of the body while enhancing movement through power rather than force. We'll learn to fluidly increase the body-mind connection and strengthen the core to prepare for arm balances and inversions. Mostly asana.
