nelson Sonia Nelson, director of the Vedic Chant Center in Santa Fe, NM, is a certified teacher trainer for the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation (KHYF) and has been a student of T.K.V. Desikachar since 1975. Sonia gives workshops nationwide and has released a number of CDs, including tutorials for learning Vedic chanting and the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.

Learn to chant selected sutras from the four books of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra through the traditional method of listening and repeating. Step-by-step instruction will provide skills in basic chanting techniques, Sanskrit pronunciation, and the reading of standard transliteration. The sutras selected will be those most relevant to healing. Chanting, lecture, and discussion.
