How to reserve a booth at the Yoga Journal Conferences:

1. Submit the Online Application below

Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic acceptance as an exhibitor at the YJ Conferences.

 

Selected applicants will be notified via email in the weeks prior to the application deadline. At the very latest, selected applicants will be notified via email within 10 days of the application deadline. If you have not received exhibitor confirmation via email 10 days after the application deadline, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected.

2. Submit the Booking Form

If selected, you will receive a booking form via email. Return the completed booking form promptly. Yoga Journal Conferences cannot reserve exhibit space with out payment.

Payment Deadlines:

Boston Conference: Full payment due by February 1, 2010
