Realigning the Self: A Class for Service Members and their Families taught by Laura Tyree
Bring ease to the neural body through synchronized movement and breath, and attention to the union of opposites. In this gentle class, we'll release deeply held stressors that impact the body and mental systems, bringing balance through flowing asana sequences. We'll learn specific breathing methods that can be used in the day-to-day environments of home and work. The biomechanic movements of the body are described in simple, approachable terms in order for each individual to create their own daily, personal yoga practice.
Free and open to all service members and their families on a first come, first served basis. Open to all including beginners. Appropriate for children 14 and older.
