Gateway to Prana: Empowering the Neck/Shoulder Axis in Vinyasa

Limited mobility or stability can lead to "Closed Heart Syndrome" and pranic dysreglation. When this happens, the cervical spine and rotator cuff become vulnerable to injury, and the emotional body is prone to anxiety and depression.
