"Draw your shoulder blades down your back" is a cue that is heard by most students nearly every time they practice. Is this really the best placement of the scapulae for the function of the upper limbs? We'll answer this question by examining the anatomical pathways of weight between the shoulder girdle and the spine through the practice of Virabhadrasana II, Chaturanga Dandasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, and Urdhva Danurasana. Particularly recommended for those experiencing shoulder pain or restriction in the wrist or shoulder.

Healing Past Relationships and Mending the Wounds of Love
Amanbir Singh - Course ID: M6SING
Mixed Levels

6Sunday, April 26 — 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Main Conference - Session 6

Using the sacred power of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, we'll allow for the flow of prosperity to blossom in our relationships and hearts. When we strengthen our hearts, we energize our current relationships while setting the stage for new and fruitful connections in the future. The core issue of animosity in relationships is separation from our Divine Connection; there is no deeper pain than separation from our Infinite Source. Once this very loving link is reestablished, every experience on the earthly plane elevates to a higher perspective. We can then view all from the perspective of our soul's journey. This enhances our magnetic field to attract relationships that serve our highest path.

Active practice with meditation.
