Morning Meditation with Ganesh Das
Experience a healing meditation that begins with chanting a Sanskrit mantra to calm and purify the mind and atmosphere. After we go over detailed directions on how to sit and relax the physical body while maintaining a state of receptivity and attention, we'll practice the Jivamukti meditation method for 20 minutes. This involves following the breath while systematically letting go of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in order to awaken the witness consciousness (sakshi). We'll follow the silent meditation with a period of relaxation and chanting. Finally, we'll close with a reading and a question-and-answer session.
Open to all.

Arising, Abiding, Dissolving: The Last Sequence in New York A Closing with Cyndi Lee
Vinyasa has three parts: arising, abiding and dissolving . . . and the dissolving of one thing is the arising of the next. Through a special yogic round robin, everybody will contribute to a huge group-created vinyasa sequence that will unite us as we embody the flow of vinyasa--transitioning through the dissolving of our conference time together and into the arising of life after the conference, while abiding with the inspiration and riches we've each gained from the weekend.
