rainbow light Each day we are exposed to both environmental and internal toxins that affect our energy, health, vitality, mood, and emotions. These toxins can turn into ailments such as depression, anxiety, weight gain, disease, and high blood pressure, if untreated. Preventative care is the key to leading a long, vital life. We'll move through specific detoxifying yoga sequences, emphasizing the chakra energy systems and how to bring them back into balance. Using the chakra system correctly, we can identity, reconcile, and heal restrictive emotional patterns and physical imbalances in our mind/body. We'll use the tools of asana, meditation, reflection, intention, and prayer to facilitate this inquiry and empower our lives.

Some discussion and mostly asana.

Manipura Flow: Power vs. Empowerment
Seane Corn - Course ID: M6CORN

Sunday, April 26 — 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Weekend Classes
Mixed Levels

Understanding the difference between power and empowerment is a critical embodiment for spiritual unification. We'll use a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence and a stimulating sequence of core exercises to examine the issues related to the third chakra. This is the magnetic center of our personality and ego, including shame, low self-esteem, arrogance, and manipulation--qualities that block us from receiving infinite Grace. Through mindful consideration, we can shift our perceptions from control to surrender and from self-doubt to self-confidence, opening us to live a more empowered and Spirit-centered life.
