This teacher training intensive will go deeper into the process of teaching, exploring the subtle physical and spiritual energies involved in finding one’s own unique self expression, and facilitating transformational journey work for our students. This is about cultivating your personal strengths as a teacher, developing a strong and confident voice, and learning how to turn a simple class into a soul-inspiring experience. Many teachers are taught the mechanics of teaching: alignment, sequencing, asanas, pranayama, meditation, the facts and rich history of yoga, yet are left yearning for a way to bring their students into a place of deep surrender, prayer, and intentional energetic shifts. "Holding space" for transformation requires a deep commitment to the inner journey of spirit, compassion, courage, and a willingness to articulate of the complexities of the human experience and the beauty of the souls journey within. With Seane’s guidance, we’ll explore how to invite "God" into the body/mind experience, incorporate ritual, and how to speak from your heart as a way to inspire, inform, and motivate the class. Learn when is the appropriate time to communicate, the mechanics of structuring a class (both practically and metaphysically), and the power, and challenges, of introducing prayer. This intensive will ultimately shed light on just how powerful and inspirational YOU can be and offer tools on how to share your unique self-expression with your students.

This physically invigorating and moderately paced vinyasa flow yoga class will get the heat cranked and initiate strength, flexibility, and stability in your practice. We'll move through a creative and challenging sequence of Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, backbends, and forward bends with grace, agility, and ease, while inspiring inner power and purpose. Leave feeling cleansed, strengthened, refreshed, motivated, and empowered.
Not suitable for beginners or those with health concerns. Experience with Sun Salutations A and B is recommended. Mostly asana.
Embodying the Light and the Shadow: Understanding the Realms of Consciousness

Come explore the three main Realms of Consciousness--the physical/mental, the energetic/emotional, and the psychic/symbolic. These three realms create a holistic pathway for self-investigation: the key for personal transcendence. Using the tools of yoga, the chakra system, and Shadow work, you will learn how to interpret the struggles you experience in the mind/body and turn them into wisdom and understanding. Come reconnect to your body, gain emotional insight, explore your individual Soul's purpose, and cultivate skills--both physically and psychically--to spiritually assist each other and the planet we inhabit.
Part practice, part discussion and processing. An understanding of Sun Salutations A and B will be helpful.
Yoga for Every Body

No two bodies on earth are alike, yet we sometimes get the message that yoga is only for certain shapes and sizes. Come explore yoga as the art form and tool it truly is, from all levels and angles. In a supportive, noncompetitive environment, learn the foundation of a solid practice through alignment, core awareness, and breathing techniques, including the basic principles of Sun Salutations A and B--and how that foundation is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Through patience, compassion, and awareness, we'll discover how yoga truly comes from the inside out.

Yoga for Inner Visioning

Intuition is a skill that is available to each soul who is willing to develop it and take responsibility for its activation. In this class devoted to the sixth, or third eye, chakra, learn a balanced vinyasa sequence that will focus on backbending, which stimulates the central nervous system and the pituitary and pineal glands in the brain. Then we'll ease into deep yin, or restorative poses, ending with a long guided meditation. Come help nurture self-confidence, drawing focus on the ways in which to empower yourself, ultimately opening you to trust your inherent knowing, or inner seeing, as guidance for your life.
