Yoga Pro Rainbeau Mars brings a lifetime of learning and practicing yoga to her successful career which includes founder of the ra'yoKa fitness system, Global Ambassador for adidas, consultant for the adidas women's line, author and creator of numerous yoga DVD's.
Recently named Global Ambassador for adidas, Rainbeau has helped launch a worldwide campaign, teaching yoga to adidas athletes Steffi Graf, Laila Ali and Jonah Lomu-catapulting yoga across all sports. In 2008 Rainbeau participated in celebrated yoga events for adidas in over 12 countries, facilitating classes of up to 3,000 people to help bring yoga to the mainstream while delivering her image and philosophy around the globe. The tour will continue in 2009 with first stops in Malaysia and Argentina. This Spring, adidas will unveil a sustainable Rainbeau Mars Signature yoga activewear collection, including footwear made from fabrics such as recycled rubber and renewable eucalyptus wood-all with responsible printing.
Since 2003, Rainbeau has delivered over 7 yoga DVDs to the world, that have sold over a million copies including the highly acclaimed "Zen Mama," "Yoga for Beauty--Dust and Dawn" and the 4 part "Sacred Vinyasa Flow Series." Her international acclaim has landed her covers on magazines such as Yoga Journal, Body + Soul, Elephant, Healing Lifestyles and Spas, New Living and books such as Eating For Beauty and Beauty By Nature. She has had numerous TV appearances including Good Day LA, Good Day Colorado, Fashion TV and E! Latam and Australia.
Rainbeau's journey through yoga, breath and movement has culminated in the creation of her own fitness system: ra'yoKa (integration of the sun). A unique blend of yoga, martial arts movement and core conditioning, ra'yoKa combines breath-centered yoga flow and therapeutics with occasional explosive kicks and punches.. Rainbeau will be shooting her ra'yoKa consumer series DVD's in early 2009 and leading teachers through a seven level system to become certified Rainbeau Mars Lifestyles teachers.
Rainbeau Mars-yes that's her real name-was born under a double rainbow in a teepee in the Ozarks. She was raised in Boulder, Colorado in the heart and at the forefront of the health and natural foods industry by author and master herbalist mother Brigitte Mars, and Uni-Tea founder father, Tom Pfeiffer. She spent her teenage years in Hawaii with her Ayurvedic/yoga doctors and chiropractor Godparents, Dr. Light & Dr. Bryan Miller. Her holistic upbringing led her to an intense apprenticeship with yoga gurus Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty--who helped shape her career and catapult her to the forefront of the yoga community.

Come explore adidas yoga, based on ra'yoKa, a distinctive and fresh practice

balance and mind-body integration.
