This daylong intensive will cover all aspects of the spiritual practice of yoga. Students will learn pranayama, meditation, and asana techniques to energize and stimulate the flow of prana. We'll also practice Yoga Nidra and discuss the essential techniques you need for ultimate success in your practice. Mostly lecture with some asana, pranayama, and meditation.
