Meditation is an ancient tool useful in the modern age for stress reduction, calming the mind, increasing clarity, intuition, and concentration. Learn simple techniques (meditation postures, breathing, and concentration) and be led into a silent meditation to create inner peace and a sense well being.

Stacie Dooreck is the author and teacher trainer of SunLight Chair Yoga: Yoga for Everyone! making meditation and yoga practical and accessible to everyone. Stacie has been meditating and teaching yoga since 1994 and is a Certified Sivananda, Gentle Integral and Kundlaini Yoga instructor.
