Self-reflection helps us bring our unconscious patterns, motivations, and tendencies into conscious awareness. Mantra japa and contemplation help us gain insight and understanding into the deeper mystery of ourselves and the broader meaning of life. We'll use self-reflective meditation, mantra japa, and contemplation to support our inner journey. **This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 0.2 CECs.**
