Yoga Conference

Jane Austin, one of the most popular pre- and postnatal yoga instructors in the San Francisco Bay Area, has taught thousands of women yoga over the past two decades. Jane began her career as a midwife and doula, and her teaching is infused with passion and reverence for pregnant women and new mothers. She is the founding director of Mama Tree, a prenatal yoga teacher training developed specifically to train yoga teachers to work with mamas. It is her hope that pregnant women everywhere will find yoga. Learn more at janeaustinyoga.com.

Main Conference - Session 6
Mixed Levels

Hydrating the hips is essential for the healthy functioning of our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Come explore the relationship of the muscles of the hips and pelvis. Through breathwork and asana, we'll first locate the muscle of the "true core" and begin to nourish and hydrate it. Through subtle and not-so-subtle practices, we'll open up a dialogue with that place deep within. Come prepared to meet your psoas and other friends of your pelvic floor. Let the juicing begin!

For men and women. Asana and meditation with some discussion and live harp music.
