Kundalini Sadhana Gurushabd Singh Khalsa
Saturday, January 19 — 4:30am - 6:30am
Special Events
Sadhana or daily spiritual practice is the foundation of all spiritual endeavor. The Aquarian Sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yoga communities across the world. Yogi Bhajan gave us the Aquarian Sadhana in 1992 to take us through the transition into the Aquarian Age. This Sadhana prepares our psyches to excel in the new environments in the decades that follow. During the "ambrosial hours" (the two and a half hours just before sunrise), before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor and tune up your nervous system and attune yourself to your highest inner self. To cover all your bases, Sadhana includes exercise, meditation, and prayer.
Free and open to all.

Abundance flows with love, happiness, prosperity, and success, which leads to vibrant good health. In order to live with abundance in the Aquarian Age, we must embrace the consciousness of abundance. What does this mean? Breathing, thinking, talking, and acting as Beloved Children of God, and knowing that we will always be supported. Then watch the manifestation of the laws of abundance in your life. Let us experience and embrace abundance through an amazing kriya for breaking all blocks. Imprint it forever within.

We live in a global community, and feel each other as never before. That sensitivity brings a responsibility to step up and find our inner strength, for the sake of ourselves as well as others. We have been told by many teachers and guides that times will get rough as we head toward the dawning of the Aquarian Age. Now is the time to develop the strength, courage, and wisdom to sail over any chaos. This is the time to live for each other so that we can live in peace globally, in the highest possible viewpoint for all. Join us in the practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation kriyas that will broaden our perspectives to see how much we really do affect one another, and can ultimately heal and uplift one another.
Active yoga, meditation, chanting, and Savasana.
