Wesleigh Roeca was introduced to yoga as a competitive swimmer, when a weekly yoga class provided some much-needed relief from her intensive training schedule. Eventually burning out in the pool, she continued to find solace on her yoga mat, having now dedicated herself to her practice and teaching for over ten years. In addition to holding her weekly Hiking Yoga classes in San Francisco, she teaches vinyasa flow at Aha Yoga and volunteers for the Art of Yoga Project, an organization that brings yoga and creative arts curriculum to teenage girls in California's juvenile justice system.

- Course ID: M1HIKE
Saturday, January 19 — 8:00am - 10:00am
Main Conference
- Session 1
Hiking yoga brings fresh air and a new spirit of exploration to our practices. We'll sweat and breathe up and down the hills of San Francisco. Then we'll settle into four different yoga stations designed to stretch, open, and challenge our bodies. This unique 120-minute workout integrates the cardio of hiking with the power of yoga. We'll be outdoors, so wear comfortable layers and walking/running shoes.
Rain or shine. Mats will be provided. For an optimal experience, the group will be capped at 20.
