The yoga world is moving rapidly into the world of new media. Podcasting (video or audio online sessions of classes or other information) can bring your message to a new and almost limitless audience. Learn how to expand your business and your teaching beyond just having a website.

Dave Farmar is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher, an assistant to Seane Corn, and publisher of one of iTunes' top-rated yoga podcasts.

Vinyasa Yoga Workshop with Seane Corn & Michael Franti | SOLD OUT

In this 2 hour celebration, join two spirited artists and committed activists - Seane Corn and Michael Franti - for an interactive night of yoga, song and dance. This will be a hatha vinyasa flow yoga class for all levels, guided by Seane, and enriched with Michael's songs, culminating into an off-the-grid dance jam. Together, they will fuse their alchemy to raise the roof, inspire, move and activate you!

Kundalini Sadhana

The Aquarian Sadhana, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, begins with the reading of Japji, a Sikh prayer that balances the ten bodies and aligns one with his or her own spiritual destiny. This is followed by a gentle Kundalini Yoga kriya to stretch and awaken the physical body. The morning Sadhana concludes with a set of chants, given specifically to help us transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age.

Japa Kaur is a professional musician, author and healer who lives in the Bay Area and travels extensively to share her healing gifts with the world. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner who teaches and performs interfaith musical kirtans locally as well as abroad. Open to all.

Greeting the Day in a Sacred Way: Meditation, Contemplation, and Movement with Lilias Folan

Gather in the sacred circle of morning stillness and friendship. Wake up your chakras and koshas with a poetic "meditation in movement." Dance, chant, move, and sing to raise the sun and light in your life. This morning ritual holds the vibrations of Asian tai chi, Indian Brahma Muhurta, and Native American traditions. The class ends with guided meditation and pranayama to connect us to the heart light within. Open to all.

In this unique workshop, Manoj will bring in statues and relate the symbolism of Hindu & Buddhist deities to archetypes within us. Discover the secret symbolism encoded in the Mahabharata and the Bhagavad Gita and learn to interpret their timeless teachings in your day-to-day life.

Dr. Manoj Chalam uses humor, stories, and everyday experiences in his talks on mythology, Vedanta and Tantra. Indian-born Manoj has given keynote lectures and workshops at yoga festivals conferences. He is a scientist with a doctorate in Chemical Physics from Cornell University and has compiled a book on Hindu and Buddhist symbolism. Open to all.
