Gather in the sacred circle of morning stillness and friendship. Wake up your chakras and koshas with a poetic "meditation in movement." Dance, chant, move, and sing to raise the sun and light in your life. This morning ritual holds the vibrations of Asian tai chi, Indian Brahma Muhurta, and Native American traditions. The class ends with guided meditation and pranayama to connect us to the heart light within.
