Click here to see the many shuttle options to the hotel from SFO and Oakland airports. You may also take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) directly to the Hyatt. Exit at Embarcadero Station. The hotel is located directly outside the station. BART fare to/from SFO is $8.10 each way. BART fare to/from OAK is $3.80 plus a $3.00 AirBART shuttle.
Getting to the Conference by public transit
We recommend taking public transportation to the conference. The hotel is located on several Muni (www.sfmuni.com) bus and street car lines, including the historic F line and the California Street Cable car. BART (www.bart.gov) is also an easy way to get to the conference. Simply, exit at the Embarcadero Station, use the Drumm Street exit and the hotel is right there! The Ferry Building is across the street from the hotel with ferry service to Oakland, Alameda, Marin, and Vallejo.
Getting to the Conference by car
All Day Parking at the Hyatt Regency (Valet) is $57.00 for Hotel Guests and $62.50 for non hotel guests, and $32.00 for self-park.
There is 24-hour parking at the Embarcadero Center (Self Park). Rates are $3.00 for each 15 minutes ($30.00 max). For information on parking with validation, please visit embarcaderocenter.com.
Meals
Meals at the conference are not included; however, there is no shortage of great restaurants for all budgets in San Francisco, especially in the downtown area. On Saturday and Sunday, there will also be healthy, to-go lunch items (cash-only).
Yoga Gear and Props
We strongly suggest that you bring a yoga mat, blanket, and strap. See course descriptions for other required items. Some of these items will also be available for sale on-site during limited marketplace hours.
Once you Arrive to the Conference
When you arrive at the Hyatt, you must first stop at the conference Registration Desk to pick up your badge and your event guide, which includes complete schedules and locations. Your badge will be your only admission to classes and events.
Presenters, classes, events, dates, and times are subject to change without notice.
