Come explore how storytelling, lecture, and journaling can be used as tools to understand what it means for us to aim true in our lives, both on and off the mat. We'll explore how asana can be used to help break down any walls we've built around us so that we can embrace our talents and passions. We'll start off with a morning flow to get us into our physical bodies, which will be followed by lecture, and then we'll dive into workshopping the challenging poses that put us outside of our comfort zone.

There's a preconceived notion that one must be hypermobile in order to backbend well. This workshop is here to disprove that. Backbends are glorious poses that, when done correctly, open the heart, the shoulders, and your idea of what is possible. Come break down basic alignment to keep your back happy in any backbend. We'll workshop the basics along with postures that are rarely seen in flow classes so that we have a full menu to choose from so we can dive into our hearts.
