Seane Corn's Yoga Classes at the 2013 Colorado Conference + Understanding the Realms of Consciousness: A Toolbox for Self-Discovery and Empowerment
Understanding the Realms of Consciousness: A Toolbox for Self-Discovery and Empowerment Instructor: Seane Corn
Take a deeper look into how to read and map the body symbolically and creatively. Using the tools of yoga, the chakra system, and Shadow work, Seane helps us to locate, see and listen, and interpret the struggles and weaknesses we experience in our mind/body and turn them into wisdom, power, truth, and understanding. Understanding the "realms" of consciousness (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, sexual, and financial) can provide us with an anchor for healing limited beliefs, destructive patterns, and self-sabotaging addictions. Through an embodied yoga practice, in addition to emotional and creative "processing," we can learn how to read our own bodies and "see" more clearly into our body energy and wisdom, bringing all realms into greater balance.

Understanding the difference between power and empowerment is a critical embodiment for spiritual unification. We'll use a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence to examine the issues related to the 3rd chakra--the magnetic core of our personality and ego--including shame, low self-esteem, as well as arrogance and manipulation (all qualities that block us from receiving infinite Grace). Through mindful consideration, we can shift our perceptions from control to surrender and from self-doubt to self-confidence, opening us to live more empowered and Spirit-centered lives.
