Hip Closing and Opening Instructor: Cyndi Lee
Instead of more hip opening--just another form of craving--let's find a balanced range of motion through soft closings, clarity of rotation, organized pelvis and legs, bright feet, and precise attention to exertion and ease. This vinyasa class will include standing and seated poses, arm balance preps, upside down and inside out work, and some restorative yoga.

We'll move stagnant lymph fluid, reduce muscular and mental stress, reoxygenate organs, rest the brain, and use the "cure" of yoga to encourage nonaggressive working patterns on the mat.
