Learn a specifically choreographed vinyasa flow routine designed to stimulate the productivity of the vital organs and encourage the release of accumulated toxins. This creative and challenging yoga sequence utilizes three internal components for toxic release—abdominal compression, decompression, and twists. Discussion and asana.
