Hridayam, the Sanskrit word for “heart,” means “that which receives, gives, and circulates.” As we investigate where our circulation flows and gets stuck, we’ll weave together shoulder and psoas openers, backbends, partner work, maitri meditation, and perhaps a couple of jokes to nudge our tender heart open. Asana and meditation. **This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 0.1 CECs.**
