Iyengar Yoga

In this classical Iyengar class, we'll work on refining our practice as we move through a series of asanas including inversions with a focus on precise alignment, proper breathing, and finding freedom of body and mind. Bring the number of blankets appropriate for Shoulderstand, a mat, a belt, two blocks, and an eyewrap.
