Yoga can be a challenge when recovering from a disk injury in the lower back. We'll learn the anatomy of the injury and a wide selection of modified postures to provide recovering students a satisfying and potentially therapeutic asana practice. Most of the asanas in the class aren't appropriate for acute or severe injuries. Bring several blankets, a strap, and a block. Stretching: Physiology and Practice
