Wednesday, September 24
8:00am-5:00pm: All-Day Intensives
Code: WIMAGN
All Levels

Push beyond your boundaries and explore the world at the edge of gravity as you experience the beautiful realm of "vertical yoga." We'll start with a morning asana practice, then we'll relocate to a nearby cliff for a day of rock-climbing. As dusk approaches, we'll finish with a short session of introspective yoga and meditation outdoors. No experience is necessary, although you should be in good general health. All equipment will be provided. Be prepared for various weather conditions, and wear good hiking shoes. All climbers must sign a release of liability waiver.

The Sun and Moon Salutations are common in many styles of yoga. And for good reason: the movements, breath, and intention link together to form a strong foundation for health and peace of mind. We'll explore the many variations of these salutations and discover how they can become the basis for a transformative personal practice. Mostly asana.
