Come and discover the truly profound simplicity that underlies Patanjali's eight-limbed path as set out in the Yoga Sutra. In the morning, David Swenson will illuminate limbs one to four through discussion, asana, and breathwork—and explore how these four limbs can be applied in modern times. In the afternoon, Rod Stryker will lead us through limbs five to eight. These final limbs are more than the culmination of practice; each is a progressive step to ultimate fulfillment and capacity "off the mat." Through lecture and practice, we'll explore how they become effortless—a seamless progression of asana and pranayama.
