How do we tend the flame of our heart in modern life? In this two-part ritual practice, we'll learn to integrate the living yoga sadhana (practices) to tend the heart fire as the center of one's creativity, vision, inspiration, wisdom, and love, using techniques from Tantra, hatha, and bhakti traditions. When the doshas are balanced, prana can circulate easily in the body—and all is well. Come learn how to keep the doshas balanced through our thoughts, actions, and yoga practice.
