Instructor: Gary Kraftsow and Rod Stryker Friday, November 14 8:00am-5:00pm: All-Day Intensive Code:
Come and discover the truly profound simplicity that underlies Patanjali's eight-limbed path as set out in the Yoga Sutra. In the morning, Gary Kraftsow will be your guide for limbs one to four, leading you through the yamas, niyamas, asana, and pranayama. In the afternoon, Rod Stryker will lead you through limbs five to eight. These final limbs are more than the culmination of practice; each is a progressive step to ultimate fulfillment and capacity "off the mat." Through lecture and practice, we'll explore how they become effortless—a seamless progression of asana and pranayama. Lecture, discussion, asana and pranayama practice.
