Experience the true mechanics of a golf swing through Anusara-inspired yoga. The morning session will focus on discovering your spine angle, sequencing muscle movement, finding core stability to create a powerful coil/uncoil, and learning postures that strengthen and stabilize for a fluid and dynamic swing. In the afternoon, we'll put the practice into action with golf drills on the range and nine holes on the course. As time allows, we'll return to the yoga room for a closing asana session.
Please note: The same material will be covered on Friday and Saturday.
