If you feel the call to be more of a leader—whether in your personal, parenting/family, or work life; in organizations; or in the world—this intensive can provide the tools and insight necessary to help you build confidence, affirm commitments, and confront perceived limitations. We’ll explore using the process of yoga for self-investigation as we navigate through the many practical and spiritual tools available for shedding light on our questions and healing the wounds within that can keep us from reaching our full power and potential. Through a nourishing, reflective, and challenging vinyasa flow yoga class designed to inspire, we’ll ground and clear the mind and body. Then, through discussion, journaling, and other exercises, we will explore our vision, voice, and passion, while learning how to cultivate and amplify them on a group level. This intensive is meant to help you identify your obstructions, define your purpose, and begin the process of seeing yourself as a leader within your own world—a role necessary in our ever-evolving culture of change. This unique and challenging class focuses on cleansing the vital organs through a special vinyasa sequence that utilizes three internal components- compression, decompression, and twists-to stimulate the purification process within the body. Includes Sun Salutations A and B, a detox standing-pose sequence, breathing exercises, and meditation.

This physically invigorating vinyasa flow class will help you to initiate strength, flexibility, and stability. Come move through a creative and challenging sequence of Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, backbends, and forward bends that will inspire your inner purpose. You'll leave feeling cleansed, motivated, and standing in your power. Mostly asana.
