We'll discuss gravity's effects on the body and how certain positions put leverage and strenuous loads on the spine and other joints. The arches of your feet are the foundation of your standing poses and the icing on the cake for your inversions. Using anatomy instruction and asana practice, we'll work on lifting, strengthening, and balancing your arches-even if they're dropped.
