taylor Mary Taylor is an avid student of yoga and meditation who has been involved in the culinary profession for 28 years. She is the author of three cookbooks and is the coauthor of the book What Are You Hungry For? Mary brings to her teaching a deep respect for the healing effects of yoga and an insight into how yoga is reflected in daily life.
