zink Master Paulie Zink, the founder of Yin Yoga, received intensive training for 10 years as the sole protégé of Chinese Taoist Yoga and kung fu master Cho Chat Ling. A three-time international martial arts grand champion, Paulie is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility, and artistry of motion. He has been teaching for more than 30 years.

We'll hold postures of stillness to clear energy blockages, improve circulation, and unlock the joints. We will also focus on visualizations to relax your inner being, and to grow a supple body. Includes asana and meditations.
