teaches a rigorous vinyasa practice designed to build all kinds of strength and awareness. students are encouraged to move through the physical and mental limitations that have become habitual. stephanie uses heat, music, technical alignment and humor in her classes with the intention of helping each and everyone wake up and embrace their beautiful generous life.

Energize the body, mind and spirit and build strength and develop core control. Increase flexibility, joint mobility and agility; and enjoy a greater sense of personal empowerment.
