The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes from both SFO and Oakland Airports. The Hyatt does not have a shuttle service. Click here to see the many shuttle options to the hotel from SFO and Oakland airports.
You can also take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) directly to the Hyatt. Exit at Embarcadero Station. The hotel is located directly outside the station. BART fares to/from SFO is $5.15 each way.
Meals at the conference are not included; however, there is no shortage of great restaurants for all budgets in San Francisco, especially in the downtown area.
On Saturday and Sunday, there will also be healthy, to-go lunch items (cash-only).
At the Ferry Building across the street, you will find fresh sourdough bread, artisan cheeses and locally grown produce.
Yoga Gear and Props
We strongly suggest that you bring a yoga mat,
blanket, and strap. See course descriptions for
other required items. Some of these items will
also be available for sale on-site during limited
marketplace hours.
Registration
When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, you must first stop at the Registration desk on the Pacific Concourse (Lower Level) to pick up your badge and your event guide, which includes complete schedules and locations.
Badges
Badges will be presented to you upon conference
check-in and will be your only admission to events.
Class Changes
There is a $10 fee for each class change made after registration.
Continuing Education Credits
Yoga Journal is currently under review for CECs for athletic and fitness professionals. Approved courses will be noted online two months prior to the conference.
Scholarship Program
Yoga Journal is pleased to announce a scholarship program to enable those with a limited income to participate in our conferences. The scholarship program will be funded through donations by attendees and matched by Yoga Journal. For more information about the application process, please visit www.yjevents.com/scholarships.
Work Exchange/Volunteer Program
Join our conference management team and
work behind the scenes. Work exchange volunteers
do not register for classes but can participate in
classes on a space-available basis when not
fulfilling their assigned duties. Work exchange
volunteers pay a nominal fee to participate.
